How do I redeem the offer?
- Purchase a qualifying product during the promotional period.
- Visit the promotional website and complete the online claim form.
- Submit your claim before 1 July 2026.
What happens after I submit my claim?
You will receive a claim confirmation email immediately after submitting the form.
How long does claim validation take?
Claims are typically validated within three business days of submission.
When will I receive my Digital Prepaid EFTPOS Card?
Once your claim is approved, your Digital Prepaid EFTPOS Card will be emailed to email address provided in your claim form within 5 business days. Please ensure you check your spam junk folder. If you have not received it after this timeframe, please Contact Us.
When will I receive my physical Prepaid EFTPOS Card?
Once your claim is approved, your physical Prepaid EFTPOS Card will be sent to the postal address provided in your claim form within 14 business days. If you have not received it after this timeframe, please Contact Us.
